Also known as Metasteron, this steroid is a potent oral anabolic agent that has never been manufactured for commercial medical use.

Its chemical makeup closely resembles that of Masteron (Drostanolone).

The primary distinction is the presence of a 17 alpha-methyl group, a modification that enhances its oral bioavailability.

Typically, the 17 alpha-alkylation alters the characteristics of the steroid; however, that does not occur in this case.

Similar to its parent compound, Drostanolone, it does not aromatize, meaning there are no estrogenic effects associated with either steroid and they are unlikely to cause estrogen-related side effects. Furthermore, both steroids maintain a very favorable ratio of anabolic to androgenic effects.

Laboratory studies have indicated that Ultima-Superdrol has an anabolic activity that is four times greater than that of oral Methyltestosterone, with an anabolic to androgenic ratio of 20:1.

Tests on Masteron suggest that it is as potent as a testosterone-based anabolic agent, possessing only 25-40% of its androgenic properties. While it remains an excellent anabolic steroid, its ratio is regarded as 3:1 rather than 20:1.

An effective dosage of Ultima-Superdrol for men typically falls between 10-20 mg per day. At this dosage, users can expect a significant anabolic effect, often resulting in fat loss and improved muscle definition. However, one should not anticipate gaining 10-15 kg; rather, growth of about 5-7 kg of quality muscle is expected when used alone.

When determining the ideal daily dosage, some users find that effectiveness may continue to increase up to 30 mg. However, higher dosages may lead to potential hepatotoxicity. In many cases, a prudent choice would be to utilize Ultima-Superdrol at 20 mg per day in conjunction with a non-toxic injectable steroid, such as Nandrolone or Boldenone.

Alternately, utilizing injectable Primobolan or Trenbolone for such cycles could be beneficial, rather than adding additional 17-alpha-alkylated steroids.

Due to its high anabolic-to-androgenic ratio, Ultima-Superdrol may be appealing for female bodybuilders. It is less androgenic compared to common steroids like Winstrol and Primobolan. The closest comparison is Anavar (Oxandrolone), which has an anabolic-to-androgenic ratio of approximately 30:1.

That said, this steroid is still noteworthy. The main concern for women using it may be the higher dosage (10 mg per tablet). It is advisable for women to start with 1-2 mg per day.

Although this might not be the most comfortable experience, it can still be effective. As with all steroids, there is a risk of virilization.

When using oral steroids that are 17 alpha-alkylated, it's crucial to be aware of the risk of liver damage. Most bodybuilders find that a cycle of Ultima-Superdrol should last 4-6 weeks, although some may use it for up to 8 weeks continuously. This is partly because of the widespread belief that Ultima-Superdrol is less liver-toxic compared to Oxymetholone, Dianabol, and Winstrol.

It can be stated with some confidence that this claim is misleading!

Ultima-Superdrol is indeed a highly potent oral anabolic steroid with a very favorable anabolic-to-androgenic ratio, but it also carries a significant risk of liver damage if misused.
