Ultima-Clomid is a synthetic estrogen typically prescribed to women facing challenges in conceiving. In men, it enhances the levels of hormones that stimulate the testicles by acting directly on the pituitary gland, thereby boosting the body's natural testosterone production.

This effect is particularly beneficial for athletes, as it helps maintain higher testosterone levels at the end of a cycle. However, once they stop taking the medication, testosterone levels tend to drop significantly, leading to potential losses in muscle mass and volume. Research indicates that taking Ultima-Clomid at doses of 50-100 mg per day, either in the morning or evening after meals, for a period of two weeks or longer can help restore natural testosterone production.
