Supra-Testosterone is the commercial name for a Testosterone Blend composed of four different testosterone esters: Testosterone propionate, Testosterone phenylpropionate, Testosterone isocaproate, and Testosterone decanoate. This blend is quite popular among bodybuilders and is often referred to by the brand name Sustanon 400. In reality, there is no distinction between Sustanon 400 and Supra-Testosterone, aside from their branding and price.

This injectable medication combines four distinct testosterone esters, all of which are classified as androgenic anabolic steroids (AAS). Specifically, it includes 60 mg of propionate, 120 mg of phenylpropionate, 120 mg of isocaproate, and 100 mg of testosterone decanoate, resulting in a total of 400 mg. All of these components provide the same hormone—Testosterone. So why use a blend? Each ester has a different release profile when administered.
