Sunrise's Tadasoft-40 has been formulated to offer a faster onset of action compared to traditional Tadalafil tablets. It comes in a soft, chewable format, which facilitates rapid absorption. This allows the medication to take effect more quickly than the typical waiting time associated with standard pills. Users can expect to notice its effects in approximately 15 minutes, unlike the 1 to 1.5 hours needed for Cialis or Pfizer's Tadalift. This speed makes it easier to engage in spontaneous sexual activity without a lengthy wait for the medication to be effective.

HOW IT WORKS

To understand the function of Tadasoft-40 (Tadalafil, 40mg), it is important to recognize how erections occur.

When sexual arousal happens, signals are transmitted from the brain to the penis, leading to the release of various chemicals and enzymes. These substances cause the smooth muscles in the penis to relax. Under normal circumstances, these muscles remain tense, restricting blood flow. Once relaxed, blood can flow more freely into the penis, resulting in an erection.

The erection subsides when an enzyme known as PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) is released, which breaks down the chemicals responsible for sustaining the erection. This breakdown returns the smooth muscles to their contracted state, causing blood to exit the penis and the erection to fade.

Tadalafil acts as a PDE5 inhibitor, preventing the breakdown of the enzymes associated with erections. This action helps maintain the erection for a longer duration, allowing for successful sexual activity.

HOW TO USE

Tadasoft-40 is a prescription medication used to manage erectile dysfunction (ED), a condition where a man struggles to achieve or sustain an erection for satisfactory sexual intercourse. A diagnosis of erectile dysfunction is made when this issue occurs consistently rather than sporadically.

DOSAGE

The starting dose is typically 10mg taken before sexual activity. If the desired effects are not achieved, the dose may be increased to 20mg taken once daily before engaging in sexual activity. It is not recommended to combine Tadasoft-40 with other ED medications like Sildenafil citrate (Viagra).
