is designed to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in men aged 18 to 64 who meet the following criteria:

  • Ejaculation occurs in under 2 minutes after penetration during most sexual encounters, with minimal stimulation and before the individual desires it.
  • Significant personal distress and relationship difficulties arise due to premature ejaculation, affecting both the man and his partner.
  • Limited control over ejaculation is experienced.

    • POXET-90 contains dapoxetine as its active ingredient and is classified as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), which is part of a broader category referred to as other urologicals. This medication extends the time to ejaculation, enhances control over ejaculation, and alleviates distress related to rapid ejaculation, potentially increasing satisfaction during sexual activity.

    DOSAGE:

    The recommended dosage is one tablet (90mg), taken approximately 1 to 3 hours before engaging in sexual activity. Avoid taking more than one tablet within a 24-hour period to minimize the risk of side effects without providing further benefit.

    HOW TO TAKE IT:

    Take the tablet about 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. Swallow the tablets whole with at least one full glass of water. POXET-90 can be taken either with or without food. Refrain from consuming alcohol while on POXET-90.

    SIDE EFFECTS:

    While this medication is beneficial for many, some individuals may experience side effects. Every medication has the potential for side effects; some may be serious, but most are not. Seek medical attention if you encounter any severe side effects. The list of potential side effects may seem concerning, but you might not experience any of them.

    Immediately discontinue POXET-90 and consult your doctor if you experience:

  • Seizures
  • Fainting or light-headedness upon standing
  • Changes in mood
  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide

    • Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any of the following and they cause concern:

  • Nausea
  • Headache
  • Dizziness

    • Contact your doctor as soon as possible if you observe any of these symptoms:

  • Fainting or dizziness when standing (see while taking POXET-90)
  • Elevated blood pressure
  • Tremors
  • Tingling or numbness
  • Blurred vision
  • Eye discomfort
  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
  • Nasal congestion
  • Gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, dry mouth, vomiting, bloating, flatulence, constipation
  • Excessive sweating
  • Fatigue, drowsiness, and yawning
  • Difficulty concentrating and irritability
  • Erectile dysfunction (trouble achieving or maintaining an erection)
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Anxiety, nervousness, reduced sexual desire, depression, or apathy
  • Unusual dreams
