SUNRISE’s EXTRA SUPER P-FORCE is an innovative hybrid treatment designed to address erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It includes two active ingredients: Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine, which help patients achieve a healthy erection while having better control over the duration of sexual activity. Dapoxetine is clinically validated and approved in several countries for treating premature ejaculation, enabling longer-lasting intercourse.

Patients using EXTRA SUPER P-FORCE can anticipate an effective treatment duration of 4-6 hours.

The components of EXTRA SUPER P-FORCE—Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine—work together effectively. Sildenafil Citrate is part of the PDE-5 class of vasodilators, which function by expanding blood vessels, particularly in the genital area, thus enhancing blood flow and facilitating an erection. Dapoxetine, classified as an SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor), holds regulatory approval for treating premature ejaculation.

HOW TO USE:
  • The recommended safe dose of EXTRA SUPER P-FORCE is 100mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 100mg of Dapoxetine within a 24-hour span.
  • The medication generally takes about 1 hour to become effective, with effects sometimes noticeable after 45 minutes.
  • The duration of effectiveness is typically between 4 and 6 hours.
  • It should be taken with a large glass of water.
  • Avoid consuming large or fatty meals close to the time of taking the medication.
  • Alcohol can decrease the efficacy of this medicine and may lead to dizziness, drowsiness, reduced awareness, and impaired judgment if consumed excessively.

    Common side effects may include:

  • Facial flushing

These side effects are not considered dangerous and usually subside as the body adapts to the treatment. Patients experiencing these effects typically do not need to cease using EXTRA SUPER P-FORCE.

    Rare Serious Side Effects:
  • An erection lasting longer than 4 hours (Priapism)
  • Significant vision loss
  • Major hearing loss
  • Although these severe side effects are uncommon, if they occur, discontinue the medication and seek emergency medical help immediately.
