Serophene, also known as Clomiphene Citrate, is a synthetic estrogen commonly prescribed to women facing challenges in becoming pregnant. In men, Serophene enhances the hormones that stimulate the testicles, directly impacting the pituitary gland and boosting the body’s natural testosterone production.

This effect is particularly beneficial for athletes, as they often end their cycles with elevated testosterone levels. Upon discontinuing the medication, testosterone levels can drop significantly, necessitating a return to natural levels, which often results in substantial muscle mass and size loss. Research indicates that taking Serophene at doses of 50-100 mg per day, either in the morning or evening after meals, for a period of at least two weeks can restore natural testosterone levels.

While using Serophene, testosterone levels increase. It is also known for its effectiveness as an anti-estrogen. Many athletes may experience an excess of estrogen after finishing their cycle. High estrogen levels coupled with low testosterone can lead to gynecomastia. Serophene addresses these concerns by blocking estrogen's unwanted effects while simultaneously elevating the body’s natural testosterone levels.
