Tadapox, produced by RSM Pharma in India, is a widely used medication for addressing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men. It enhances blood circulation to the male genital area, causing the blood vessels to widen, which results in a firm erection necessary for intimate intercourse. Additionally, Tadapox helps delay ejaculation, leading to extended sessions of lovemaking and more intense orgasms.

How It Works:

The key active ingredients in Tadapox are Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil acts as a PDE5 inhibitor, preventing the breakdown of cGMP by blocking the action of the PDE5 enzyme. When there is sexual stimulation, nitric oxide is released, which promotes the production of cGMP. An increased amount of cGMP accumulates in the male genital area, causing the blood vessels to relax and widen, thereby increasing blood flow and resulting in a firm erection. Meanwhile, Dapoxetine works by inhibiting the reabsorption of serotonin in the neurons, raising serotonin levels in the postsynaptic cleft. This action affects the nervous system signals involved in ejaculation, thereby helping to delay it.

Dosing:

Tadapox comes in tablet form, with each tablet containing 20 mg of Tadalafil and 60 mg of Dapoxetine, totaling 80 mg. It is recommended to take one tablet orally, approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity, accompanied by a sufficient amount of water. The effects of a single tablet can last for about 4 to 6 hours, so it’s important to wait at least 36 hours between doses. Do not exceed the recommended dosage; if an overdose occurs, seek immediate medical attention.

Contraindications:
  • Avoid using Tadapox if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
