PHARMA MIX M300 is a combination of two drostanolone esters: propionate and enanthate. Drostanolone was first introduced in 1959, developed by Syntex, and was released to the market in 1970 under the brand name Masteron.
Drostanolone is an injectable anabolic steroid and a derivative of dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Medical literature describes it as a potent anabolic agent with anti-estrogenic properties. The FDA approved drostanolone for treating inoperable breast cancer in postmenopausal women, a practice adopted in various parts of the world.
Biologically, Masteron functions similarly to DHT due to its derivation. Its effects are most pronounced during a cutting cycle, but for individuals to recognize these benefits, they must maintain a very low body fat percentage. Drostanolone does not lead to water retention and exhibits a moderate diuretic effect, much like stanozolol, enhancing muscle density, definition, and overall appearance. This compound promotes optimal muscle condition, largely due to its lipolytic properties; practical experience shows that a drostanolone cycle can contribute to a 5-7% reduction in body fat. It is commonly recommended for track athletes and bodybuilders aiming to remain within specific weight categories.
When it comes to bulking, Masteron’s effects are relatively mild. It might induce mass gains comparable to Primobolan (which is also not particularly potent), but achieving significant size increases would require a relatively high dosage. Many other anabolic steroids are more effective for gains during bulking phases. Additionally, Masteron does not aromatize and lacks estrogenic effects; instead, it exhibits anti-estrogenic properties by binding to aromatase rather than other substrates, which has made it beneficial in breast cancer treatment.
In conclusion, while drostanolone shares similarities with stanozolol, it does not carry the negative side effects commonly associated with Winstrol, such as increased tendon fragility, depletion of joint fluid, or adverse impacts on blood cholesterol levels. Therefore, when considering a cutting cycle, drostanolone is a safer and more sensible choice compared to stanozolol.
