Its prolonged half-life makes it effective for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), reducing the need for frequent testosterone injections to just once every 2-3 months. In bodybuilding, TU serves as the foundation for extended ("eternal") cycles, enabling fewer injections while maintaining stable hormone levels. For these "eternal" cycles, injections can be administered every 2-6 weeks, while for HRT, the frequency remains every 2-3 months.

Administering a single dose of 750mg of TU can sustain hormone levels within the physiological range for three months. For an eternal cycle, a monthly dosage of 1500-2500 mg of TU is recommended, and for HRT, a dose of 1000mg every 2-3 months is appropriate.
