Here is our updated version of PHARMASUST 300. By incorporating advanced technologies for high-percentage drug synthesis, we have successfully created a double-concentrated formula compared to the standard Sustanon® variant.

Synthetic testosterone was first developed in 1935 by German biochemist Adolf Butenandt and Swiss chemist Leopold Ruzicka, both of whom were awarded the Nobel Prize for their contributions.

Testosterone is the principal male sex hormone that plays a key role in the development of the testicles and prostate. It significantly influences muscle tissue growth, bone density, and physical strength. Additionally, testosterone is crucial for numerous bodily functions including overall health, well-being, increased libido, energy, immunity, and the prevention of osteoporosis. It is also believed to offer some protection against heart disease. In older men, sustaining higher testosterone levels can enhance various health factors known to lower cardiovascular disease risk, such as increased lean body mass, reduced visceral fat, lowered total cholesterol, and improved glycemic control. Beyond determining gender traits, testosterone also regulates thromboxane A2 receptor populations in megakaryocytes and platelets, affecting platelet aggregation. It impacts behavior, mood, and romantic relationships, and can even influence career choices. Research indicates that testosterone affects vital cognitive functions such as attention, memory, and spatial ability. Preliminary findings suggest that low testosterone levels may pose a risk for cognitive decline and potentially for Alzheimer’s-type dementia, supporting the argument for using testosterone in anti-aging therapies in life extension medicine.

Athletes frequently favor testosterone for its ability to significantly enhance muscle mass and strength. As a naturally occurring hormone, it remains the most sought-after anabolic steroid, typically serving as the foundation for all cycles and stacks.

In bodybuilding, testosterone is almost exclusively administered as an injectable ester or suspension due to its poor oral bioavailability and the impracticality of high-dose transdermal or sublingual delivery methods. All forms of testosterone consist of the active hormone plus an ester that determines its release rate and duration in the body. Essentially, longer esters release testosterone slowly, providing stable levels over an extended period without significant peaks.

It is important to note that in men, roughly 5% of testosterone is converted into the more potent androgen dihydrotestosterone (DHT) through 5α-reduction, while about 0.3% is converted into estradiol (the primary female sex hormone) by the enzyme aromatase, which is found in the brain, liver, and fat tissues. Therefore, make sure to take measures to minimize potential side effects. We recommend performing regular blood tests and using aromatase inhibitors during the cycle (anastrozole is advised) and SERMs (such as clomifene or toremifene) during post-cycle therapy (PCT).

WARNING: If you are using a highly concentrated substance for the first time, we strongly suggest starting with only ½ ml to monitor your body's reaction and prevent possible side effects, which may include post-injection pain (PIP), elevated body temperature, and lumps, among others.
