PHARMA NOLT 300 is a nandrolone blend akin to Sustanon®, featuring four esters that allow for both rapid and prolonged release of nandrolone—providing the advantages of our other nandrolone products.

Nandrolone, also known as 19-nortestosterone or nandrolone decanoate, is an anabolic steroid that is a derivative of testosterone. It may be produced in minimal amounts in the body after intense or extended physical exertion.

The synthetic form of nandrolone was created in 1950, but it was not commercially available until 1962 as a decanoate under the brand name Deca-Durabolin (produced by Organon). It was initially prescribed for conditions such as muscle mass loss post-surgery, osteoporosis, breast cancer, malnutrition, burns, and certain types of anemia.

Due to its chemical properties, nandrolone has limited aromatization—only about 20% of testosterone's capacity for this conversion. However, its primary concern lies not in its estrogenic effects but in its strong progestogenic activity, which is about 20% that of progesterone. By binding to progestogenic receptors in the pituitary gland, nandrolone can stimulate an increase in prolactin production, which has effects similar to those of estradiol. To mitigate potential side effects, it is advisable to have prolactin inhibitors like cabergoline available when undergoing a nandrolone cycle.

Nandrolone has gained recognition in sports and bodybuilding for its ability to enhance both the quantity and quality of muscle gains. It promotes protein synthesis vital for developing muscle mass and additional strength. As a relatively mild steroid (with an androgenic activity index of 37% compared to testosterone), it can even be suitable for women and those worried about hair loss, as androgenic or virilization effects are less likely to occur.

Additionally, nandrolone is noted for its capacity to alleviate muscle pain and accelerate muscle recovery. It is commonly used in conjunction with other anabolic steroids to achieve sustained and immediate effects. We highly recommend stacking nandrolone with testosterone, as it temporarily suppresses the HPTA (hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis), which in turn reduces the body's natural testosterone production—an important hormone that should remain present in men.

The use of tamoxifen during nandrolone cycles and in post-cycle therapy (PCT) can amplify nandrolone's progestogenic effects, and it is therefore not recommended. Instead, clomid or toremifene are suggested for PCT following any 19-nor testosterone derivatives.
