PHARMAMIX M 300 is a combination of two drostanolone esters: propionate and enanthate. This formulation is intended to deliver a rapid yet prolonged release of drostanolone, making it ideal for extended cycles aimed at achieving high-quality lean muscle mass and a dense appearance, while minimizing excess subcutaneous water retention commonly associated with long esters. It works effectively alongside testosterone and trenbolone mixes (PHARMA SUST 300, 500, PHARMA 3-TREN) as well as long-acting testosterone and trenbolone esters (PHARMA TEST E300, E500, C250; PHARMA TREN E200, H100). Drostanolone was first introduced in 1959, developed by Syntex, and became available in 1970 under the brand name Masteron.

As an injectable anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT), drostanolone is noted in medical literature for its strong anabolic properties paired with anti-estrogenic characteristics. The FDA approved drostanolone for treating inoperable breast cancer in postmenopausal women, a use that has been recognized in various regions globally.

Biologically, Masteron functions similarly to DHT due to its derivation, and its effects are most pronounced during a cutting cycle. However, to fully appreciate its benefits, an individual needs to be particularly lean. Drostanolone is non-aromatizing, causing no water retention, and offers a moderate diuretic effect akin to stanozolol, which enhances muscle density, definition, and overall relief. This compound promotes optimal muscle condition, attributed largely to its lipolytic properties, and can reduce body fat by approximately 5-7%. It's particularly recommended for track and field athletes and bodybuilders who aim to maintain their weight class.

When it comes to bulking, the effects of Masteron tend to be relatively modest. While it might yield mass gains comparable to those from Primobolan (which are also not particularly substantial) at higher doses, many other anabolic steroids are better suited for this purpose. Masteron does not convert to estrogen, is non-estrogenic, and instead exhibits anti-estrogenic qualities by binding to aromatase, which is one reason it has been utilized in breast cancer treatment.
