A commercial version of the well-known Sustanon® from Pharmacom Labs, PHARMA SUST 300 is a mixture of four distinct testosterone esters. It is specifically formulated to deliver a rapid yet prolonged release of testosterone. The product boasts a 20% higher concentration of the active ingredient per ml compared to the traditional Sustanon® formulation, thanks to advanced drug synthesis technologies.

Testosterone plays a crucial role in enhancing overall health and well-being by boosting libido, energy, immune function, encouraging fat loss, building and preserving muscle mass, combating osteoporosis (bone density loss), and potentially providing protection against heart disease. It combines effectively with various other substances, both oral and injectable, to create powerful stacks.

The synthesis of synthetic testosterone was first achieved in 1935 by German biochemist Adolf Butenandt and Swiss chemist Leopold Ruzicka, both of whom were awarded Nobel Prizes for their contributions.

As the primary male sex hormone, testosterone significantly influences the development of the testicles and prostate, as well as muscle tissue, bone density, and strength. Furthermore, it is instrumental in numerous bodily functions including overall health, well-being, heightened libido, energy levels, immune defense, osteoporosis prevention, and potential cardiovascular protection. In bodybuilding, testosterone is predominantly administered as an injectable ester or suspension due to its poor oral bioavailability and the impractical nature of high-dose transdermal or sublingual delivery methods. It is important to note that about 5% of testosterone in men is converted to the more potent androgen, dihydrotestosterone (DHT), through 5α-reduction. Additionally, roughly 0.3% is transformed into estradiol, the primary female hormone, via the aromatase enzyme found in the brain, liver, and adipose tissue. Therefore, precautions should be taken to mitigate potential side effects. We recommend regular blood tests and, if necessary, using aromatase inhibitors during the cycle (preferably anastrozole) and SERMs (such as clomifene or toremifene) during post-cycle therapy (PCT).
