HUCOG 2000iu is an injectable medication created by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited, containing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) as its active ingredient. hCG is a hormone produced in pregnancy by the developing placenta and later by the syncytiotrophoblast, a placental component. One of the applications of hCG is to curb appetite and encourage the body to utilize fat as energy. Additionally, it is employed to trigger ovulation, treat female infertility, and boost sperm production in men. Bodybuilders often use it during steroid cycles and post-cycle therapy to help retain muscle mass and enhance testosterone levels.

Bodybuilders and athletes frequently use HUCOG at the conclusion of an anabolic-androgenic steroid cycle to prevent muscle tissue breakdown and assist in restoring normal testicular function. After a period of steroid use, athletes may experience testicular shrinkage, which HUCOG can effectively reverse. When combined with a low-calorie diet, athletes can eliminate excess fat while preserving muscle mass. Women may also utilize HUCOG alongside a low-calorie diet for fat loss.

The typical dosage of HUCOG during a cycle ranges from 500iu to 3000iu per week, administered 1 to 3 times weekly.
