SUBSTANCE Dapoxetine ,

Duratia-60, produced by Fortune Healthcare, is a medication designed to treat premature ejaculation. It contains 60mg of the active compound Dapoxetine, which is an antidepressant recognized for its effectiveness in addressing this condition. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor that enhances serotonin levels in the body. Low serotonin levels can lead to difficulties in controlling ejaculation. This medication boosts serotonin levels and activity, thereby improving ejaculatory control and prolonging the time to ejaculation.

Dosage

The typical dosage for Dapoxetine is 60mg, but a doctor may modify this based on the patient’s response and tolerance. For best results, a Duratia-60 tablet should be taken orally 1 to 3 hours prior to planned sexual activity, swallowed whole with water to avoid its bitter taste. It can be taken with or without food and should not be used more than once every 24 hours. This medication is not intended for daily use.

Duratia-60 is approved for use by men aged 18 to 64 years.
