    Beginner Cycle

    : A 10-week cycle where the first seven weeks consist of Sustanon 350 at 750mg weekly combined with Oxymetholone at 150mg daily. In the final three weeks, Dianabol at 30-50mg daily and Propionate at 400mg weekly are recommended to help maintain results.
