Description of Duspatalin

Each capsule contains 100 mg of Mebeverine. The formulation includes several excipients: Capsule Content (Granules) comprises magnesium stearate, polyacrylate dispersion (30%), talc, hypromellose, methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) dispersion (30%), and glycerol triacetate. The Capsule Shell is made of gelatin and titanium dioxide (E171). The printing ink consists of shellac (E904), black iron oxide (E172), propylene glycol, concentrated ammonia solution, and potassium hydroxide.

Dosage of Duspatalin

For adults, the recommended dosage is 1 capsule taken twice daily (one in the morning and one in the evening).

Missed Dose

If one or more doses are missed, patients should resume with the next scheduled dose, avoiding extra doses to make up for missed ones.

Administration Instructions

Capsules should be taken whole with at least 100 mL of water and must not be chewed, as the coating is designed for sustained release.
