Clomid, also known as Clomiphene Citrate, is a synthetic estrogen typically prescribed to women struggling to conceive. In men, Clomid helps boost hormone levels that stimulate the testes by acting directly on the pituitary gland, thereby enhancing the body's natural testosterone production.

For athletes, this is particularly beneficial, as testosterone levels tend to be elevated at the end of a cycle. However, once they stop using the substance, testosterone levels can drop significantly, leading to noticeable muscle mass and volume loss. Research indicates that taking Clomid in doses of 50-100 mg daily, either in the morning or evening after meals for at least two weeks, can help restore natural testosterone production.

While using Clomid, testosterone levels increase, and it serves effectively as an anti-estrogen. Many athletes experience elevated estrogen levels after completing a cycle, which, coupled with low testosterone, can result in gynecomastia. Clomid addresses these two issues: it blocks the negative effects of estrogen while boosting natural testosterone levels.
