Deca-Durabolin is a well-known injectable anabolic steroid favored in weightlifting and bodybuilding, featuring Nandrolone Decanoate as its active ingredient. This steroid is recognized for its pronounced anabolic effects on muscle growth, coupled with a low risk of side effects.

Produced by Beligas, Deca-Durabolin is a long-acting anabolic steroid characterized by a mild androgenic effect (30%) and considerable anabolic activity (150% of testosterone). Its active ingredient has an average half-life of two weeks.

Nandrolone has been available for purchase since the 1960s, coming in two variants: Nandrolone Decanoate and Nandrolone Phenylpropionate. Its safety profile and minimal risk of post-cycle rebound have made it a staple in the realm of anabolic substances for over fifty years. Besides its use in athletics and bodybuilding, Deca-Durabolin is also employed in medical settings to address severe injuries, anemia, growth-related issues due to hormone deficiencies, and breast cancer prevention in women.

Since Deca-Durabolin has low androgenic activity, its cycles typically do not lead to side effects like baldness, acne, excessive fat gain, or high blood pressure. Additionally, risks of gynecomastia, water retention, and other estrogen-related side effects are significantly lower—studies indicate that the conversion of Deca-Durabolin to estrogen is five times less than that of testosterone. However, combining it with other steroids, especially strong androgens, or using high doses may still lead to side effects. Therefore, careful cycle planning and dosage calculation are crucial.

For men, the suggested dosage is 200 mg per week, whereas women should limit their intake to 50-100 mg (once every 1 to 4 weeks). It’s recommended to initiate the Deca-Durabolin cycle with a lower dose (around 50 mg) and gradually increase it, with a maximum dose cap of 600 mg per week. The average cycle length is 8 to 10 weeks. For longer cycles, incorporating human chorionic gonadotropin is essential.

To counteract the progesterone effects of Deca-Durabolin, Dostinex should be included starting from the second week at a dosage of 1.25 mg twice daily, continuing for 2-3 weeks post the final injection. Clomid may also be used as needed in the last week of the Deca-Durabolin cycle, tapering off over 2-4 weeks at a dosage of 50-100 mg.

Due to potential side effects from using Deca-Durabolin alone (such as reduced libido and testosterone suppression), it’s often recommended to combine it with Testosterone. An optimal regimen would involve Deca-Durabolin at a weekly dose of 200-300 mg along with 500 mg of Testosterone.
